Bulk and warehouse facilities
Terminal I is fully integrated and has a warehousing capacity of over 3,240 tons of packaged product with bar coding. Furthermore, Makeni counts on complete facilities which include:

Bulk warehousing facilities with capacity to hold 1.3 m3 for liquid and 4.5 thousand tons of dry cargo;

Quality assurance and physic and chemical control labs;

Paint, varnish, emulsion and wax application labs;

Control and separation unit of fine chemistry with thermal storage;

Integrated automated units for drum filling and separation of bulk liquids, providing consistent production and which avoid cross contamination during filling;

12,000 m2 of delivery support and operations;

Dedicated transport to assist in delivery, assuring clients more precise scheduling.
Recently, Makeni increased its warehouse capacity by investing in a second Terminal, which will also be located in the city of Diadema. The new terminal will double warehouse capacity and its goal is to assist the current operation.
