Makeni is the first company in the chemical products distribution sector in Brazil to receive the PRODIR (Responsible Distribution Process) certification. This concern demonstrates the company’s alignment with market and global changes, continually paying attention to safety, the environment and its community.

The company has SGI, that is, an Integrated Management System, seeking to optimize business partnerships and, especially, meet the client requirements vis-à-vis quality standards, competitivity and technological know-how. In addition to being recently awarded ISO 9001-2000, the company underwent a detailed assessment process to obtain the ISO 14001-2004 certification.
